Please don’t think my 3 star review is a low score, I would say the hotel is above average but just not quite a 4 star. That being said I have to thank Billie and Cedric for being great communicators and helpful with recommendations and resolving a slight financial hiccup. The hotel is in a quiet location but there are plenty of restaurants and bars just around the corner, we felt safe to walk around and the food and drink at the local pub was excellent. Our hotel room was clean, comfy, quiet and relaxing so no worries there, I did notice however that the vast majority of the double glazed window units throughout the hotel and the room were ‘blown’ suggesting an ageing hotel that would benefit from updating. A hot breakfast was available if needed which was the usual offering for a budget hotel, effort had been taken to use slightly higher-end plastic plates which for us was a nice touch – it’s the little things that count. Overall a nice clean, safe, comfy hotel, the only constructive criticism I would have is that many of the reception staff were less than welcoming, some verging on rude and could do with some additional training as some information provided to us was clearly incorrect.

Love the en suite kitchen and living area. Furniture was a bit worn, but everything was clean and working well. Good price for the room.

I was attending a concert at the American Airlines center. The Hyatt was an easy walk to the arena. The rooms were clean, AC was great, breakfast was good, parking was convenient. I only stayed one night, had I stayed more I would have "stocked" up on some groceries as they had a refrigerator, stove stop, dishwasher, and microwave.

Horrible customer service! We requested daily housekeeping at check in because they asked and we never received it once during our stay. When I called the front desk for towels and other items we were out of they told me to walk down to the front desk to get what we need. I have never experienced anything like this before at a hotel. Very disappointing! The hotel was quite ran down as well.

Breakfast was not very good and only one option. Room had not bathroom supplies and only two towels with 4 guests. Beds and room was comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly. Location was so close to the concert I would probably stay again just for the convenience of not having to walk very far.
